This residence has an open great room in cruciform plan, consisting of living room, dining room, and kitchen. The intersection of these spaces creates a focal point for the piano from which you can also see the gallery. The two intersecting vaults with large trapezoidal windows allow light and views from every room, while the perimeter soffits soften the vertical scale of the rooms and permit gallery quality lighting for the art collection. Materials include, Sapele hardwood floors, mahogany doors, and mahogany and birds eye maple cabinetry. Exterior materials are Chilton limestone and stucco.
